Vina Literato
Director of Nursing
Born and raised in the Philippines, Vina began her professional journey with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Management. After moving to the United States, she pursued her passion for patient care by earning a second degree in Nursing.
Since starting her nursing career in 2005, Vina has built a diverse clinical background across geriatrics, pediatrics, corrections, medical-surgical care, and behavioral health. Her passion for addiction medicine was sparked in 2017 while working as a detox specialist, ultimately leading her to join Acadia Healthcare in 2019.
Vina has demonstrated strong leadership throughout her career, advancing from Charge Nurse to Nurse Manager, where she successfully oversaw operations at two facilities. In 2024, she joined Serenity as Director of Nursing, bringing both clinical expertise and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
She is a Certified Nurse Manager and Nurse Leader and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree to further expand her impact in healthcare leadership.
