Dylan Fredricey
Director of Business Development
Dylan Fredricey is the Director of Business Development at Serenity Knolls Treatment Center, bringing more than a decade of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, and nonprofit leadership. He holds a master’s degree in social work from Marywood University and began his career providing direct clinical care in residential treatment settings.
Dylan’s work is grounded in evidence-based practice, ethical care coordination, and person-centered treatment. He is committed to building meaningful partnerships, strengthening referral relationships, and supporting thoughtful organizational growth with clinical integrity at the forefront. Dylan is passionate about expanding equitable access to affirming, inclusive care and advancing Serenity Knolls’ mission of compassionate, whole-person healing.
