Dr. Roeske has worked in the mental health field since 2003, providing a wide range of clinical services including acute psychiatric care, inpatient drug and alcohol treatment, and outpatient therapy for individuals and families of individuals dealing with the challenges of sobriety. Her experience as a Clinical Director, program developer, therapist, supervisor, as well as her early years as a tech, have afforded Dr. Roeske an intimate understanding of the key ingredients for providing quality treatment and the essential components of a strong clinical team. Her training consists of both cognitive behavioral therapy and contemporary psychoanalysis, thus she has a deep appreciation of the complex nature of addiction while also understanding the active changes necessary for lasting sobriety to be had. Given her personal and professional experience, Dr. Roeske has committed her career to helping all those touched by the disease of addiction find the hope and healing that a life of recovery has to offer.
