Conference Registration fee, car rental taxes, insurance, gas, and optional activities.
Reservation and Payment:
A deposit of $500.00 per person is required to reserve space. Full payment must be received by August 20, 2008. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule will result in automatic cancellation and penalties.
Travel insurance is recommended.

Napili Surf is not air-conditioned, does not accept credit cards and is totally NON-SMOKING.
